After graduation, Chen Man, who has just stepped into the workshop, has little experience. He knows very well that "you can go a thousand miles without taking small steps." In order to improve the speed of the paper machine, Chen Man learned advanced theoretical knowledge from books and asked his masters for practical work experience, so as to constantly enrich his "internal strength". With a wealth of knowledge, Chen Man immediately invested in the upgrading of the paper machine. After hundreds of failures and hundreds of debugging, Chen Man successfully reduced the speed of the paper machine from 950m/ Min creatively increased to 980m/min.

Relying on his rich work experience and innovative spirit, Chen Man joined the R&D department of the company in July 2012. He is mainly engaged in the research and development of pulp and papermaking technology and new energy-saving technologies, as well as formulating product standards.
Chen Man successively presided over the formulation and revision of enterprise standards for three products including "containerboard", "high-strength corrugated paper" and "white-faced kraftboard". Through the establishment of product standards, the production, inspection and quality assessment of products have a technical basis.
In the process of product quality management, presided over the establishment of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, intellectual property management system and other process management systems, so that the production process of the product can be systematically managed to ensure stable and reliable product quality, and each production technology has records. In order to actively respond to the national "double carbon" strategy, Chen Man took the lead in formulating Jiangsu Lee & Man's energy and carbon emission strategy, setting the overall goal of Jiangsu Lee & Man for energy conservation and carbon reduction, researching and introducing new energy-saving and carbon-reducing green processes and equipment, and preparing for the establishment of an energy management system , to implement energy-saving and carbon-reducing management measures, to achieve a double reduction in product energy consumption and carbon emission intensity, and to make product energy consumption and carbon emission intensity reach the domestic leading level.
