There are many kinds of paper. Many people cannot tell the difference between two or several kinds of paper. Take printing paper and copy paper for example. Many people still cannot tell the difference. They usually think that both are what we call A4 paper. In fact, there is a difference between the two. The following is an introduction made by the editor of China Paper Industry Network:

1. Copy paper

Copy paper is A4 printing paper. It is the most consumed paper in office copiers. Usually, the copy paper we see is packed in bags. The quality of copy paper directly affects the quality of the material reflected in the text. Usually, the specifications of copy paper are divided into A4, A3, B5, B4, A5, A6, etc. The common models are mainly these. There are some uncommon users who are less used. According to the weight, it can be divided into 70g, 80g, and 120g. If it exceeds this thickness, it is not copy paper.

When purchasing copy paper, you need to consider the thickness, density, stiffness, and glossiness of the paper. Different occasions and different functions have different requirements for paper. The thicker the paper, the finer the density, the better the strength, and the higher the glossiness, the more expensive the price. You can choose according to your needs.

Copy paper is mainly used for printing and copying office documents, such as copying ID cards and various certification materials, and printing contract quotation plans.
